Shipping
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. We aim to despatch your item within 1 day of receiving your order (assuming your chosen item is in stock).

Orders will be shipped by DHL Monday to Friday, not including Bank Holidays or other holidays taken by Todd & Duncan or DHL.

Your item will be shipped by DHL On-Demand Delivery, you will receive an email notification of dispatch with full tracking details allowing you to manage your delivery to suit you.

For UK orders, we expect your item to be delivered the next day after dispatch. This may be slightly longer for Offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

Orders from EU are being shipped by DHL Express with inflight delivery options and we aim to deliver your order within 1-2 days.

For orders shipping out-with the UK and EU, these will be shipped DTU (Delivered Taxes Unpaid) and additional International customs duties and/or charges may be due when your order reaches its delivery country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will vary from country to country. We will ship with DHL Express with inflight delivery options and we aim to deliver your order within 2-5 days depending on the country of the delivery address.

Returns and Cancellation Policy 
Should you wish to cancel your order, you can cancel within 2 days of ordering by contacting Todd & Duncan by phone (0044 1577 867523) or email (hellocashmere@toddandduncan.com) and we will provide a full refund of your order through the payment method provided at the point of ordering.

If not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return your item with proof of purchase within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Items returned out-with this period will be granted a credit note and will not be eligible for a refund.

The item to be returned must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all labels attached and be returned in the original packaging provided.

Please contact hellocashmere@toddandduncan.com to arrange your return through DHL Express. We will issue a returns label and you can drop your item off at your nearest service point https://locator.dhl.com or DHL Express will collect your item on a day/time slot of your choice from your chosen address for free. We will receive your items within a few days and process your exchange / refund immediately. Once your item has been collected:

  • We will receive you return within 1-5 days.
  • We will contact you to confirm receipt and to ensure that your exchange or refund has been processed.

This fee will be deducted from your refund, which will be processed immediately upon receipt of your package. You can of course return items to the address below using any other tracked method of your choice.

Worldwide fast delivery with DHL Express
We use Express delivery by DHL, your order will be sent with the On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL Express.

DHL ODD notifies you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this date does not fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.

DHL On Demand Delivery offers flexible delivery options:

  • Deliver my package to another address: alternate delivery to work or family.
  • Deliver my package at a safe place: authorize shipment release to appointed safe place.
  • Deliver my package with neighbour: Leave the package at your neighbour, reception or guard specified
  • Deliver my package at a DHL Service Point: hold for pick-up collection
  • Request to store my package: vacation hold safekeeping your parcel for up to 30 days
  • Deliver my package on another day: scheduled delivery.
